Shipping

• Shipments are made through SDA EXPRESS COURIER.
• Delivery times are approximately 5 working days.
• Shipping costs amount start at 6.00 Euros depending on your place of dispatch
• For orders over 50.00 Euro the shipping costs are FREE (select free shipping in the cart).
• If the shipment is mistakenly refused, the goods are immediately returned to the sender.
• If the recipient is absent, SDA makes a second delivery attempt the next working day.
• If the recipient is again absent it is necessary to contact the call center 199.11.33.66 within 3 days to have the stock released. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@montalbanostore.it within 2 days, we will take care of returning the shipment.
• We recommend that you always indicate an address (including a workplace) where someone is always present to collect and specify the name written on the doorbell (if different from the order holder).

If you do not have a credit card you can pay in cash upon delivery of the goods. This payment system is an additional cost of 5.00 Euro on the total order.
